Passive Start-ups

More then 400 Start-ups are 4-year-old and we expect mortality. However, we have not been able to establish this easy to document for following reasons. Help from the community would be appreciated
1 Some start-ups remain passive from launch and then get funded. Example Ten3T funded by Pi Ventures
2 Some strat-ups change the web page migrating from a .com to a .in or a .io TLD
3 Some websites are passive or loose domain provider because of delay in renewal. Typcially this becomes active after some time.
4 Some start-ups migrate to a new brand or website. Sree Sai Aerotech as Muave.in and migrating to Zuppa.
