Last 3 years in Toyota project has been some experience. This is a write up about it explaining it to my son.

I landed in Plano, Texas the next day, and I was debriefed at a financial services headquarters- a planned hideout for Connected intelligence services- to work on what would be one of the most fascinating and challenging mission.
Teams by now were having a good feeling about what they were building, and it could be demonstrated through simulators built for in car devices, in test environment setup.
As teams had followed different development models and were at different stages in development, work could not be easily integrated.
When we did put some of work pieces together with work done in South Korea and Japan for joint checks- wheels fell off car.
After some of our success earlier, Engineers at Headquarters attempted to connect more devices together using different software and hardware parts made available by teams working in silos, and it unfortunately produced smoke and flashing red lights for warning instead of solid green light for success.
Mr. Prime Minister asked me to ensure interconnections between several hardware and software components work as desired when put together.
There was timely help from teams outside the room .
A separate team was parallely working to follow up with engineers on clearing issues.
This day was earmarked for all production systems to come together for building a retrofitted prototype car at headquarters.
It was imperative that prototype car works now, otherwise we will not have connected services working with model vehicles being built at several factories in two days.
Teams around the world worked in coordination again, resolving problems and suggesting ideas.
Over Saturday and Sunday we saw in front of our eyes a working prototype car that we imagined for years.
We were working against time, as several of these model cars were to be shown to citizens soon.
Over the next few months Madam L organized several plant and port visits to ensure cars work as expected
